Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. We'll credit or refund the value of the merchandise total and any taxes you were charged. If you paid by credit card, your card will be credited. If you paid by check, you will be issued a refund check.

We reserve the right to not refund product that is in poor condition. Please package the merchandise and letter securely in a quality container.
